Reazon Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times

We know you're eager to start your cognitive journey!

  • Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST typically ship the same day.
  • Note: We do not ship on weekends or major holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (like during a new product drop), shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Subscription Shipping

To keep your mind sharp without the "forgetting to reorder" brain fog, our Subscribe & Save program includes Automatic Free Shipping on every recurring order. Your gummies will ship every 40 days unless you choose to skip or pause in your account dashboard.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

  • Customs & Duties: For Canadian orders, please note that Reazon is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  • Legality: Our functional mushrooms (Lion's Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps) are 100% legal and non-psychoactive. However, please check your local regulations before ordering if you are outside the US.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your Reazon gummies arrive damaged, or if the "Delivery" notification hits your inbox but the package is nowhere to be found:

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
  • Contact us at admin@thereazon.com within 3 business days of the delivery date so we can file a claim and get a replacement out to you immediately.
